Most Especially my sincere gratitude to our Founder/Chief instructor Sabum Nim Greg Sugano for his perseverance, dedication & invaluable support to mold the physical and mental competence of each DTT member’s to be a resolute Taekwondo Practitioners.

To all newly elected officers, I would like to share with you a short message:

Leadership is not about being elected or appointed to an office. The office does not teach someone how to be a leader, but Leadership is an attitude cultivated over timed.

Are you one to stand up for what you believe in and 'face the music' even when that music happens to be unpleasant? Do you have a purpose and follow that purpose to get the ends you desire? Do you have a vision? These are a lot questions that true leaders answer in the affirmative.

But how do you become a leader?

Each small decision you make takes you one step closer to reality. Remember the goal is not to get power, but to get your vision and your purpose across. Leaders without visions can be likened to driving in a strange town without a road map: you are going to wind up somewhere; it just might not be in the best part of town.

To all DTT members let us be united to one purpose. I hope we’re on the same page. I’ll expect your full support & cooperation to give DTT club more success, medals and trophies in the future. If you failed once, try it again the second time around until you succeed. There is no harm in trying as I remembered an old adage: A little knowledge if more practice is dangerous.

Have good day and GOD Bless us all!
